Oh my, Oh my, what a wonderful day. Laura Denison (from Following the Paper Trail / Laura Denison Designs) has done it again with a fabulous project that is short and sweet. This album takes 1 to 3 hours to make. So if you need a last minute Christmas project then here it is. I posted Laura’s youtube video below. She gives all the measurements and instructions on how to make this super cute album. This guys is 6 1/4 x 4 1/4″. I made mine out of Graphic 45 Nature Sketchbook for my friend who loves to camp and just went camping for her birthday earlier this month. I think she will love it. I use half of an 8 x 8″ Graphic 45 pad and it only takes (3) 8 1/2 x 11″ sheets of cardstock. I recommend using a heavy weight cardstock like 110 lbs. I also used magnets for the closure, but you can use ribbon or your favorite type of closure.
It is called a Double Gum Box Album because Laura got the idea from a Double Gum Box. So cool!
