Challenge #33 is Altered Surfaces and I used Tim Holtz Alpha Parts with a tag.  Altered Surfaces technique is on page 45 of the Compendium of Curiosities III book.

The sponsor for this challenge is Inspiration Emporium who is giving away a $50.00 shopping spree.

To view this challenge, go HERE. There are a few rules, but if you are interested just go visit Linda Ledbetter’s website for all the details. You must own your own copy of A Compendium of Curiosity Volume III to participate.

“NATURE” TAG

The stamp set I used is Tim Holtz Cling Stamps – Nature.  I stamped the images and colored the bird and nest with markers and the water pen.
For the background I used Honeycomb stencil and the Distress Marker Spritzer.  I spritzer Wild Honey, Peeled Paint and Gathering Twigs. I inked the tag with Brushed Corduroy.

I used “Wander” Flashcard and added ribbon and string..
I really like the background using the spritzer, it’s the first time I used that technique and it turned out really well.
I missed last challenge #32 because I misplaced my frosted film and of course I find it after the challenge is over, but if you wish to see the last challenge go HERE. See you next challenge.
HAPPY CRAFTING!
